When working in B&W, it is extremely important to have a good quality monitor that is profiled properly.  Laptops, even pricey ones, just do not offer the ability to make critical tone adjustments to a file even when profiled using the finest of tools.  So if you work solely on a laptop, please remember that there is a lot more info inside our target print file - and in your high quality files than any laptop can accurately portray.
We suggest you download the target file from the link below, then order a free print of it from us, then compare the print you get back to the same file opened on your monitor to see the difference between the wide range of tones our technology can print compared to the somewhat limited range of tones on some monitors.  This will help you to make the best possible use of your monitor for B&W.
